MARKETING MANAGER: FULL TIME REMOTE POSITION

(MUST LIVE WITHIN 1 HOUR OF SALEM, NH)

IN THE ROLE, YOU WILL BE:

Creating, scheduling, and managing blogs and posts to target customers on social media accounts daily (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.). Optimizing posts for organic reach.
Curating content for video, digital, and print marketing and social media follower interactions and high performing SEO.
Tracking and reporting marketing KPIs to upper management.
Monitoring PBS reputation by improving customer review response rates through active communication.
Design and manage promotions and social ad campaigns.
Scheduling and editing project photoshoots and drone videos.
Generating organic leads
Running canvasing neighborhood campaigns, EDDM campaigns, neighborhood events
Developing and executing marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of company products and/or services
Sticking to marketing budget and utilizing marketing strategies with highest ROI
Scanning, organizing, and assembling print and digital marketing materials and sales packets.
Showing enthusiasm and a willingness to learn excellent leadership and installation techniques.
Attend home shows and neighborhood events

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Associates Degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or relevant field
Up-to-date resume.
5 years of previous experience in social media marketing
5 years of previous experience in running successful marketing campaigns and strategies
2 years of previous experience with Photoshop and graphic design
Proficient in the use of the following programs: Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Calendar, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and SEO, etc..
Must have a good attention to detail and arrive to work on time.
Strong written and verbal communication skills required
Creative and driven self-started who can handle multiple projects at once
Knowledge of design strategies and A-B testing
Proven experience as a marketing & social media assistant/manager
Strong interpersonal communication and people skills
Good understanding of marketing principles with strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
Possesses a valid driver’s license and owns a registered vehicle.
Clean driving record.
Passing all background checks.
Has a cellphone with good resolution camera and an updated version laptop with standard program abilities
Must be willing to travel 30-60 minutes from Salem, NH for gathering/shooting content

Education Level:

Associates Degree or higher in marketing, mass communications, public relations, or journalism.

Experience:

5 years- Social media marketing
