We are looking for a skilled professional who is an innovative thinker, highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking, with a solid background in organizational leadership and excellent prioritization abilities.
This is a full-time role management position working in a busy Performing Arts School, with business hours from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm. This position works very similar to an Admissions Director Position. The Communication Administrator will work closely with the Executive Administrator, keep the daily operational calendar organized, oversee the student service department, and manage student enrollment. This role involves developing and implementing streamlined programs to boost enrollment, building relationships with families to provide top-notch customer service, and handling student service paperwork like registration forms. Additionally, the administrator will be responsible for maintaining student records, tracking attendance, and generating reports to monitor program progress. Strong writing and verbal communication skills are crucial, as most interactions occur through text and email. Good phone etiquette is also important, as the Administrators will be handling calls. A professional appearance is required. Strong background with Spreadsheets and Google.
Starting salary range is between $20 – $26 an hour. We do not offer health insurance at this time however we do have a Marketplace Agent. There is room for financial growth. If you would like to learn more about our School, I have included our Academy’s Facebook page.
