Facility Manager Jobs in Cocoa, FL at On Solid Ground RV & Boat Storage
We are seeking an energetic manager for our Cocoa location. Prior experience in self-storage is helpful but not required. We provide training. The associate should have close attention to detail, general accounting, marketing, and basic computer skills.
The ideal candidate would possess:
A minimum of two years of customer service background
Strong attention to detail
The ability to work with minimal supervision.
Proficient navigating Microsoft Office, accessing internet websites, data entry and printing.
Excellent people skills both over the phone and in person
Prior experience with Site Link (preferred but not required)
Job duties include:
Greet all customers in a professional manner, assess their needs and offer solutions.
Leasing covered and uncovered boat and RV storage.
Collecting rent both over the phone and in person
Ensure that the property is maintained, tidy and appealing to the eye daily
Marketing visits promoting the facility to local marinas, mechanics, dealerships, etc.
Willingness to field after-hour calls a few days per week.
Candidate requirements:
Candidates must pass a background check.
Customer service experience
High school diploma
