Position SummaryThe F&B Marketing Executive will be an essential support to our Marketing Manager in all her daily activities with a particular focus and attention on Food&Beverage, for The Westin Excelsior and The St. Regis Florence.

With a collaborative, proactive and innovative spirit, she/he must develop successful F&B MKT activities coordinating with F&B teams via engaging working relationships, both for internal and external stakeholders.

He/She will be the ambassador of the two Hotels, curating every detail, collateral, experience lived by our guests, improving brand awareness and driving F&B Revenue.

CANDIDATE PROFILEEducation and Experience

High school diploma or GED;

Degree or certification in Business/Marketing and Graphic Design,

Degree in Hospitality with focus on F&B Marketing

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years work experience in F&B Marketing.

Possesses managerial, strategic, and planning mindset with decision-making capability

Acts as a dedicated Brand ambassador, embodying brand values, is presentable and confident.

Strong knowledge of key marketing principles and channels

Communication, storytelling and content writing skills

Ability to multitask, work under pressure and solve problems efficiently

Shows innovation, proactivity, and resourcefulness. Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices with particular focus on the luxury market

Teamwork, ability to interact & engage with internal and external stakeholders with kind and collaborative approach.

Strong organizational skills, with an understanding of consumer digital trends.

Working knowledge of InDesign, Canva, Photoshop, Meta platforms, SEO and Google Ads

Fluent in written and spoken English and Italian

Responsibilities

Conducting Marketing Activities that Achieve Department Goals, with a strong focus on F&B.

The F&B Marketing Executive is responsible to create and promote on-brand F&B messaging to customers through various channels with the goal of enhancing the image of the restaurants, and bars of the hotel, driving consumer awareness and revenue, increasing market share, and building brand awareness.

Ensure the proper execution of hotel-led F&B activities and events, managing the organization, curating every aspect from concept, operations with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, promotion and communication with media and influencers, following brand guidelines and Hotel goals, under the guidance of the Marketing Manager;

Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create, plan, and execute promotional programs to support Marketing goals and Hotel revenues.

Lead and perform research studies to highlight consumer demographics and trends, and stay up-to-date with local and international best practices in the area of F&B Marketing, providing the Marketing Manager with useful insights and ideas. Seek and brainstorm on opportunities with the F&B Team.

Plan, manage and execute F&B marketing campaigns, digital actions and maintain the image of direct (website, social media) and indirect (third party) digital and all offline channels with regular checks and content creation, making sure content is updated and reflectin…
