Overview
This role is a part of the System Specialty Care Marketing team. They will:
Support the achievement of strategic business unit marketing objectives through the execution of effective brand plans. Identifies and implements marketing strategies and programs in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Provides support for the development of marketing communications materials by creative design and creative writing services to effectively represent the products, services, brands and/or the organization to customers and prospects. Responsible for research and competitive analysis for marketing projects. Works with other functional areas to collect information. Analyzes and interprets data and recommends changes to marketing objectives and/or programs.

Thoroughly analyze problems and opportunities, and their impact on the business, marketing in particular. Considers all fact-based and stakeholder information in order to evaluate alternatives and make judgment-rich decisions. Probes symptoms to determine the underlying causes of problems and then integrates information from a variety of sources to arrive at optimal solutions.
Develop solutions with sound methodologies, guidelines, and marketing best practices; makes decisions and solve problems within project plan parameters; recognizes patterns, time sequences, events, or underlying issues in complex relationships; chooses the best alternative based on consideration of pros, cons, tradeoffs, timing, and available resources.
Exhibit a basic understanding of the organization and how it is structured, the dynamics of the health systems industry at large, and the overall competitive landscape. Has foundational knowledge of business functions and operations of the marketing department.
Collaborate with others to find creative and innovative marketing and business solutions. Actively contributes to their team(s), and the achievement of team and organizational goals. Engages, guides and mentors other team members as needed.
Addresses problems directly and implements objectives effectively. Produces on time, high-quality work deliverables. Able to apply basic project management principles and ensure standard of work is place and reflects leading marketing best practices.
Proactively resolve issues, address concerns, identify potential risks, and improve overall processes and outcomes. Seeks new ways to improve individual and team efforts for overall success, while promoting collaboration and teamwork

Bachelor’s Degree Required. Degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, Journalism, or healthcare-related field preferred.
0-3 years of relevant experience.
Requires experience exhibiting professional judgment and diplomacy in handling unexpected problems and frequent interruptions.
