Happy Breathing is a growing company dedicated to empowering parents with reliable respiratory care solutions for children. We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized individual with marketing expertise to assist in social media management, customer service, and business operations.
Responsibilities
Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and create engaging content for social platforms
Customer Engagement: Respond to inquiries via email, social media, and other channels
Marketing Strategy: Assist in running ad campaigns, analyzing performance, and making recommendations
Business Operations: Support administrative tasks, order fulfillment coordination, and email management
Organization & Analytics: Maintain spreadsheets, track marketing performance, and optimize workflows
Live Streaming: Comfortably host and engage in TikTok Lives, Instagram Lives, and other social media broadcasts
Experience
Proven experience as an Administrator assistant or in a similar role within a corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles, e-commerce platforms, and analytics tools.
Familiarity with marketing automation software is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in creating graphics and presentations.
Excellent research skills with the ability to synthesize information into actionable insights.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience in marketing, social media management, or business operations
Comfortable with going live on TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks independently
Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, email marketing tools, and Shopify (or willingness to learn)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Enthusiastic about working with a mission-driven small business
Bonus Skills (Not Required but a Plus!):
Experience with SEO, Google Ads, influencer marketing, or PR outreach
Background in customer service or e-commerce
