We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join Sanders Media Group, LLC. This role is perfect for someone who loves music and is eager to contribute to the growth of emerging artists. The ideal candidate will be involved in various aspects of music production, marketing, and artist management, helping to shape the future of independent music.
Responsibilities
Assist in the production process of recordings, including scheduling studio time and coordinating with artists and producers.
Support marketing efforts by creating promotional materials, managing social media accounts, and engaging with fans.
Help organize live events, including showcases and album release parties, ensuring all logistical details are handled smoothly.
Conduct research on industry trends and potential local artists for signing.
Collaborate with team members on creative projects and brainstorming sessions to enhance the company’s artistic vision.
Maintain organized records of contracts, agreements, and other important documentation related to artists and projects.
Qualifications
A strong passion for music and knowledge of various genres, particularly within the indie scene.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with artists and industry professionals.
Familiarity with music production software and social media platforms is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Previous experience in a music-related field or internship is preferred but not required.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
