Luca Partners, a Private Wealth Management Practice, is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager who will lead our marketing practice and develop strategies that raise awareness of our firm among prospective clients, engage current clients and help drive overall revenue growth, in alignment with our company vision. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication and project management skills, and a passion for innovative marketing solutions within the financial services industry.
In this role, you will own both external and internal marketing communications, leading the development and execution of a marketing strategy aimed at attracting new employees and advisors to our firm, enhancing the value we provide to our current affiliated advisors, and boosting our brand visibility.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a multiyear cohesive marketing plan to accelerate company growth
End-to-end management of all in-person and virtual events and meetings, including budget management, planning, development of event materials and execution”
Develop strategy and manage execution for development of the Luca Partners brand internally and externally via social media, video, etc.
Develop the ongoing marketing collateral and upon request from Lead Advisors to elevate the sophistication of Luca Partners’ brand
Handle management, development, and rollout of all internal and external communications (deliverables) with guidance from Department Leads.
Responsible for creating and maintaining a system the fosters existing client loyalty
Build key strategic partners within the community to broaden awareness of Luca Partners
Manage marketing budget, identifying areas for cost efficiency while measuring and improving ROI over time
Oversee the creation of engaging content for various channels including social media, email, and the company website.
Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies

Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience as a marketing professional
Bachelor’s Degree Required
