Job Description
Rally Networks is searching for a customer-centric, energetic, and self-motivated Marketing Specialist

to promote products and services; create education and awareness campaigns for our
potential customers. Marketing team members are a key part of our Customer Relations team, and assist

the Marketing Supervisor with all aspects of marketing including the development of marketing materials,

promotion of services through advertising, establishment and maintenance of social media, and internal/external
communications which includes writing, editing and proofreading material. The position requires
a creative individual with initiative, excellent judgment, and the ability to manage complex
projects to successful completion in a timely manner as part of a team.
A successful candidate should have an understanding and knowledge of marketing principles and
practices and be proficient in marketing analysis as well as software programs such as Microsoft
PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Canva and Adobe products.

Functions and Abilities of the Position:

Develops new customer information packets. This would include digital and physical copies.
Create customer retention programs, refer a friend program, and other tools to maintain current
client base.

Create product brochures for existing and new products. This would include information for
primarily internal use and possibly a separate piece of literature that is customer facing.
Responsible for external communications including, but not limited to, events, trade shows,
school functions, and Chamber of Commerce events.

Diligently performs marketing research to plan and implement successful company marketing
strategies to promote products and services.

Create, manage, and monitor active social media marketing activities. Engage, moderate, and
grow online communities including, but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn,
etc… through chosen social media management platform. Monitors this activity 24/7.

Writes and develops effective and high-quality marketing materials including articles,
presentations, brochures, media releases, newsletters, employee scripts, event announcements,
trade show materials, annual report, and thank-you letters. Proofreads and edits all marketing
materials thoroughly to identify and correct any errors.

Increase the “likes” and reviews on digital mediums.
Assist in developing customer subscription path. This includes email campaigns, texting
contact for the technicians, and possible follow up survey after the technician has been to the
home or completed a phone call.

Help develop YouTube videos to inform, instruct, and engage the customers.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or a directly related degree. Absent a
preferred degree, must have a minimum of five (5) years’ Graphic Design, Marketing, Public Relations, or Sales
related experience.
