Your Responsibilities include…
Assist with the planning and execute grand opening events.
Engage with local communities and influencers to promote activations and drive attendance.
Implement marketing campaigns and activations in the field to enhance brand visibility while working closely with Operations teams to align marketing efforts with goals.
Provide support for in-store promotions and customer engagement activities.
Collaborate with the field operations team to identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop and execute social media content (paid and organic)

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in field marketing, event planning, or sales support.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva and marketing software/tools.
Willingness to travel as needed for events and activations.
Reports to Director of Marketing.
