Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and producing content and visual materials for marketing campaigns across several platforms (website, social media, email promotions, and ads)
Create short and long form social content
Develop and oversee multiple brands’ social media accounts across various platforms, ensuring all content is aligned with the Brand’s ethos and goals
Coordinate innovative and unique projects, events, and photoshoots
Partner with the Influencer Marketing team to guarantee successful product and collection launches
Provide management with key performance social media indicators and metrics through weekly updates; additionally present suggestions for growth
Utilize data analytics to exponentiate growth in followers on likes on all social media platforms
Prepare marketing decks, trend reports, and other supporting documents as needed for product and collection launches
Attend meetings and take concise notes
Organize and manage incoming photography requests
Pack and ship PR packages efficiently for press and influencers
Ensure engagement is maximized and maintain Brand voice on all social media platforms
Facilitate exemplary customer service through emails and DMs
Support team members from different departments
Help E-Commerce team with online inventory & order fulfillment
Qualifications:
1+ years of proven experience in social media, influencer marketing, and digital marketing campaigns and fields
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management and organizational skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and Google Workplace (Sheet, Slides, Docs)
Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment
Deep passion and zeal for consumer brands and innovation, as well as staying on top of current trends
Shopify & Mailchimp experience is a plus

Pay: $22.00 – $30.00 per hour
