We are hiring part-time door-to-door lead generators to help expand our customer base. This role is perfect for someone who is energetic, personable, and eager to learn. No prior experience is required—we provide paid training and a clear path for advancement into sales and operations roles.

Job Responsibilities
Engage with homeowners door-to-door to generate leads for our services
Document and track leads, including addresses and homeowner interest levels
Ensure high-quality leads that convert into sales
Communicate lead details effectively with the sales team
Follow our proven training system to maximize success
Qualifications
No experience required – we provide full training
Prior experience in customer service, sales, or canvassing is a plus but not necessary
Strong communication skills and an outgoing personality
Ability to work independently and stay organized
Comfortable working outdoors and engaging with new people
Reliable transportation to reach canvassing areas
