Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and execute a variety of high-impact events, including trade shows, conferences, roadshows, workshops, and meetups.
Develop event strategies and objectives aligned with regional and company-wide marketing goals.
Manage all aspects of event logistics, including vendor coordination, venue selection, budgets, travel arrangements, and on-site execution.
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure events are designed to meet pipeline generation and revenue targets.
Create promotional materials and marketing campaigns to drive event attendance and engagement.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution and branding consistency.
Track, analyze, and report on event performance metrics to assess ROI and inform future planning.
Maintain a calendar of regional events and proactively identify opportunities for company participation.
Build and manage relationships with external partners, sponsors, and vendors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in event planning and execution, preferably for technical audiences
Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple events simultaneously.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving.
Ability to travel frequently to support on-site event activities.
