The opportunity:
We are looking for a creative new colleague to strengthen the Growth Marketing Team in our Dubai office. Superb organizational skills and an eye for detail are a must for this position. You will gain experience working on different types of events; collaborating with cross-functional teams and actively contribute to the growth of the company.
As a Field Marketing Manager (SaaS), you will be responsible for:
Organizing each event from conception to planning through execution and postmortem
Selecting the right 3rd party vendors to supply the services required for each event
Working with external vendors to design the structure of the booth and all other designs needed for each event (digital and/or physical)
Regularly and effectively communicating the progress of each project to the relevant stakeholders
Briefing each team member about your expectations and their responsibilities for each event
Producing the copy for the marketing collaterals in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders
Booking the logistics for each event (flights, hotels, catering, etc.)
Managing the budget for each event (forecast vs actuals)
Qualifications:
Our ideal Field Marketing Manager (SaaS) will have:
3 years of experience organizing events (both online and offline)
A bachelor in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Management, or Public Relations
Project Management certifications from recognized organizations
Excellent organizational skills
The ability to work and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels both internally and externally
Highly detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks while meeting deadlines
A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring innovative ideas to each event
Proactive attitude towards new initiatives and a desire to test out new ideas
Knowledge of Project Management best practices
Fluent English (written and spoken). Any other language will be considered an asset
