ABOUT THE ROLE
In your role as Social Media & Digital Marketing Strategist, your focus will be constantly providing innovative ideas and bringing creativity to our clients’ marketing strategies. In this role you will be responsible for:
– Establishing and executing client marketing strategy with a focus in content marketing, digital marketing and social media.
– Execution of digital marketing initiatives including running ad campaigns, content and copy creation for web and social media, and overseeing creative development with team.
– Performing all tasks with the goal of connecting brand to consumer and building and converting our client’s audiences.
– Establishing, monitoring and measuring KPI’s and analyze campaign and website performance.
– Coordinating website development.
– Managing social media across all platforms.
– Email marketing campaigns.
– Client reputation audits and management.
– Establishing and managing client keyword, link building and other search strategies.
– Any other responsibilities as needed.
The ideal candidate will:
Tend to be a little obsessed with the details; when we publish content, it must be accurate, grammatically correct, and engaging.
Have a “no job is too small” attitude.
Always seek out client opportunities for success.
Have a passion for marketing and a passion for seeing businesses grow – both ours and our clients.
Be a self-starter with a sense of urgency for our client’s needs coupled with the energy that is required to join a small business.
Knowledge of web and social media platforms and tools, with the ability to demonstrate experience, and a desire to continuously train and evolve knowledge.
Have 3-5+ years marketing experience.
Have a BA/BS in related field.

You are a self-starter who loves collaborating, and you give and take feedback easily. You have a high level of comfort with new and changing technology and in talking to clients. Above all, you are capable of performing at a high level in an ever-evolving environment.
