We are looking for a

Field Marketing Specialist  to drive
brand awareness
, lead generation, and
customer engagement
through on-the-ground marketing initiatives. This role involves planning and executing field marketing campaigns, collaborating with sales teams, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize outreach strategies. Responsibilities: Â Develop and execute field marketing campaigns to drive
customer engagement
and sales growth. Collaborate with sales teams to identify target audiences and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
Organize and participate in events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility. Manage relationships with local partners, vendors, and stakeholders to maximize campaign impact. Gather market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies. Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for improvement. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and customer touchpoints.  Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of related experience in field marketing, event management, or sales enablement, preferably from the
education
industry. Strong
communication
and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and stakeholders. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing campaign effectiveness.
Willingness to
