Field Marketing Specialist – Saucony, Philly Jobs in Remote at Wolverine Worldwide
City Ballet San Francisco is seeking a Social Media & Content Manager to help drive enrollment. This part-time, flexible contractor position will focus on promoting key program areas through creative and engaging content across social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Regularly produce and curate content (photos, videos, stories, reels) that highlights CBSF’s strengths, focusing on our professional ballet training, specific programs, and performance opportunities.
Social Media Management: Post content on Instagram and Facebook at least 3–4 times per week. Engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and fostering a vibrant online community.
Paid Ads & Promotions: Set up and manage targeted social media ads to increase visibility of key programs and drive application submissions.
YouTube Management: Upload select video content to YouTube showcasing classes, performances, and testimonials, with proper tagging and optimization for better discoverability.
Analytics & Reporting: Provide weekly performance reports on social media engagement and ad performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize enrollment outcomes.
Schedule & Flexibility:
Hours: 15 hours per week, with flexibility to structure weekly tasks based on program needs and events.
The contractor will have the freedom to create a work schedule that balances content creation, posting, engagement, and ad management while ensuring high-quality results.
Compensation:
The role is compensated at $500 per week, equivalent to $33/hour for 15 hours of work. The contract will be for 25 weeks, with the potential for extension into the fall season.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in ballet/dance — familiarity with ballet culture, aesthetics, and unique aspects of ballet education
Experience in social media management (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) with a portfolio showcasing past work, especially in arts, education, or performance-related fields.
Content creation skills — strong photography, videography, and editing abilities, with experience producing engaging reels, stories, and short-form videos.
Knowledge of paid social media advertising (Meta Ads Manager) — setting up and optimizing ad campaigns to drive website traffic and conversions.
Analytical mindset — ability to track and report on key metrics (engagement, reach, ad performance) and adjust strategies based on data.
Excellent communication skills — both written and visual storytelling, with a strong sense of brand voice and audience engagement.
Creative thinker and self-starter — able to develop new ideas for campaigns and work independently within a flexible schedule.
Time management and organization — capable of planning content calendars, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines.
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools) are a bonus.
