We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing and Events Assistant to join our vibrant marketing team in Atlanta. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the planning and execution of various marketing campaigns and events that showcase our brand and engage our audience.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing events and conferences
Manage logistics including venue booking, catering, and materials preparation
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional content and materials
Maintain and update the event calendar and marketing communication schedule
Support social media initiatives by drafting posts and engaging with followers
Assist in tracking event budgets and managing expenses
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
Experience in event planning or marketing is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
