Position Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and

Field Sales Executives (FSEs) to

join our growing team

. This role requires individuals who are passionate about sales, business development, and direct marketing. As an FSE, you will be responsible for promoting BFSI and digital products, conducting on-ground marketing campaigns, and driving revenue generation through strategic

customer engagement

.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Generation:

– Identify, approach, and convert potential customers into successful sales.

Promote BFSI and digital financial products such as loans, credit cards, insurance, and investment solutions.

Develop and execute field marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.

Meet and exceed individual and team

sales targets

on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Customer Engagement

& Relationship Management:

– Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive business growth.

Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed explanations of services to potential customers.

Address customer concerns, handle objections, and ensure excellent customer service.

On-Ground Marketing & Brand Promotions:

– Execute field marketing activities, sales campaigns, and promotional events in high-traffic areas.

Represent Spixar Technologies Solutions at business expos, sales events, and forums.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

– Conduct research on customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor strategies.

Provide market insights to refine

sales techniques

and promotional campaigns.

Collaboration

& Reporting:

– Work under the guidance of the Assistant Manager and Sales

Leadership

to achieve business goals.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track performance.

Who Can Apply?

Experience:

1-3 Years in Field Sales, Direct Marketing, or Business Development

Education:

Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary) or a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields

Competencies:
