KOFO Radio has been in operation since 1949 and is a staple of the Ottawa community. As your source for information and entertainment in East Central Kansas, KOFO provides local news, weather, and agricultural markets, as well as live broadcasts of local events, all your favorite country music and sports coverage including area high schools, colleges and Royals Baseball.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective negotiation and customer service.
Conduct outside sales activities to identify and secure new business opportunities.
Manage accounts and ensure client satisfaction by addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Utilize Wavstar and other tools for tracking sales performance and customer interactions.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional strategies and product remotes that drive sales.
Engage in cold calling to generate leads and expand the customer base.
Qualifications
Strong negotiation and customer service skills
Proven sales experience, particularly in outside sales and B2B environments
Experience in account management and business development
Ability to conduct cold calling and product remotes
Knowledge of B2B sales and sales management techniques
Summary
As a Marketing Representative, you will be instrumental in driving sales and enhancing customer relationships within our organization. Reporting to the Sales Manager, your core skills in negotiation, customer service, and sales will be essential in achieving targets. Your premium skills in outside sales, business development, and account management will enable you to cultivate new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships. Additionally, your relevant skills in general sales and cold calling will support your efforts in promoting our products and services effectively.
