We’re looking for a Senior Finance Manager who can drive our financial success while ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy: Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the goals.
Budget & Cost Control: Oversee budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly and annual financial reports with insights for leadership.
Cash Flow Management: Ensure effective cash flow management and accurate forecasting.
Team Leadership: Lead the finance team, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and financial health.
Client & Vendor Management: Oversee billing, payments, and maintain strong financial relationships.
Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulations and mitigate financial risks.
Requirements:
Experience: 5+ years as a Finance Manager, ideally in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Experience in working with advertising companies or luxury brands will be a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting; CPA/CFA preferred.
Skills: Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in financial toolslike XERO is a must.
