Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content (photos, videos, graphics, and written posts) that showcases our menu, drinks, ambiance, and our dedicated team.
Social Media Management: Manage our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), including posting, scheduling, and responding to comments and messages.
Brand Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives around our dishes, seasonal specials, and events to connect with our audience and promote the Tikka Charcoal Grill brand.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and engaging.
Analytics Tracking: Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of content and implement improvements based on insights.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and promotions.
Community Engagement: Foster relationships with our community, encouraging user-generated content and collaborations with local influencers.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media content creation, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
Strong photography and videography skills, with a portfolio demonstrating creativity and quality.
Excellent writing skills with the ability to create engaging and authentic content.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and a basic understanding of SEO principles.
Passion for food and an understanding of the restaurant industry.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
