Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying and selling process.
Utilize strong communication skills to effectively negotiate deals and represent clients’ interests.
Stay informed about Fair Housing regulations and ensure compliance in all transactions.
Market properties through various channels to attract potential buyers.
Manage property listings and maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions.
Assist clients with administrative tasks related to real estate transactions.
Qualifications
Valid Real Estate License
Strong customer service and sales skills
Excellent communication abilities
Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
Proficient in negotiation and marketing strategies
Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus
Experience in property management and real estate law
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Internship
Pay: $50,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
