Role and Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Associate specializing in social media, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients’ online presence and engagement. Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to conceive, plan, and execute effective social media strategies aligned with client objectives.
Develop and curate captivating content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Monitor and engage in relevant online conversations, leveraging opportunities to foster brand awareness and customer interaction.
Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and inquiries across social media platforms.
Assist in organizing and executing social media campaigns, contests, and promotions that align with client goals.
Utilize analytics tools to track and assess the performance of social media initiatives, compiling reports to inform decision-making.
Stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize campaign performance and innovation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
1-3 years of professional experience in social media marketing or related roles.
A genuine passion for social media platforms and an understanding of their unique dynamics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting engaging and concise content.
Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate seamlessly within a dynamic team environment.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights, is advantageous.
Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations is preferred.
