Digital Marketing Account Manager – Franchising

Position Overview: We are seeking a Digital Marketing Account Manager to oversee mid-market and emerging brand clients. This role requires strategic planning, campaign execution, and client relationship management to drive measurable marketing results. The ideal candidate has experience in digital lead generation, franchise marketing, and performance analysis across various marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
●Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring timely communication and strategic alignment.
●Oversee onboarding of new clients, conducting discovery and research to develop tailored marketing strategies.
●Develop and present digital marketing lead generation strategies, optimizing AdWords, Facebook, and SEO campaigns.
●Assess client websites and provide recommendations based on best practices.
●Track and analyze marketing performance using Google Analytics, What Converts, CRM & FB Insights.
●Provide clients with progress reports, ROI analysis, and actionable insights.
●Manage tasks and deliverables in Asana, ensuring deadlines are met.
Collaborate with design, content, and SEO teams to execute campaign strategies.
Key Qualifications:
● 5+ years of experience in digital marketing account management, preferably in franchising.
● Strong understanding of digital lead generation, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
● Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and WordPress.
● Experience analyzing marketing performance data and presenting ROI insights.
● Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools.
● Excellent communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision.
