Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and highly organized Graphic Designer & Social Media Coordinator to manage the social media presence for multiple luxury jewelry brands on an independent contractor basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fine jewelry or luxury goods and a deep understanding of social media platforms. Experience in fine jewelry or luxury products is a plus, but not a requirement. This role will focus on promoting the brands, growing engagement, and building a loyal following across various platforms and compelling storytelling. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and the ability to adapt writing styles to meet the needs of different audiences.
Responsibilities
Create original content for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms that aligns with our brand voice and strategy.
Plan and maintain a consistent cadence for posting across all brands and social media platforms, ensuring that content is scheduled strategically to maximize engagement and reach.
Plan and execute social media campaigns for product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives across all platforms.
Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to ensure accuracy and relevance in all written materials.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that support overall business goals.
Manage social media accounts by crafting posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media trends.
Utilize tools for social listening to gauge audience sentiment and adjust content strategies accordingly.
Assist in the development of advertising copy that effectively communicates our products and services.
Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on content initiatives and messaging.
Use Adobe Illustrator or similar software to create visually appealing graphics that complement written content when necessary.
Skills
Proficiency in social media marketing and management, with a keen understanding of various platforms.
Strong relationship management skills to foster collaboration within teams and with external partners.
Experience in advertising copywriting, demonstrating an ability to create persuasive messages.
Excellent research skills to gather information from credible sources and present it clearly.
Familiarity with E-commerce principles and web content optimization techniques.
Ability to stigmatise complex topics into digestible content for diverse audiences.
Knowledge of social listening tools to track engagement metrics and audience feedback effectively.
