Job Summary:
We are excited to welcome a Marketing Manager to Equiti’s Marketing and Communications team. You will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing content and digital strategies, and supporting sales enablement. Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing and Communications, you will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and leadership to drive results and ensure our marketing aligns with Equiti’s mission and business objectives. As Marketing Manager, you will ideate, create, and distribute promotional/GTM campaigns, assist with developing and managing the brand’s marcomms strategy, and educate customers on the value and benefits of Equiti’s solutions through brand and product marketing channels.

Essential Responsibilities:
Leading the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation, as well as targeted account-based campaigns.
Spearheading new marketing initiatives aimed at acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
Managing the Marketing team’s content calendar across key owned channels.
Maximizing strategic partnerships for campaigns that elevate the brand, provide added value to customers, and create impactful brand awareness.
Implement and maintain marketing automation and nurture campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Assisting with the development of compelling content that communicates Equiti’s value proposition across various channels, including web, email, social, and others.
Working cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Product, and Customer Success teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Consistently using data to monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing for impact and ROI, and tracking and reporting performance and KPIs.
All other duties, as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or technology-driven industries.
Strong background in B2B marketing, digital campaigns, and content strategy.
Experience with marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot, HubSpot, etc.) and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing strategies.
Exceptional writing, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.
You are a strategic thinker: you dive deep into what you’re marketing and dive deeper into the mind of your target audience to deeply understand their needs.
You are a storyteller: you are able to take technical concepts and convert them into a story that resonates with your audience.
You are analytical: you take a data driven approach to solving problems and creating business recommendations.
You are hands-on: you have a hands-on attitude and achieve project goals while managing scope, time, quality, and risk.
Ability to travel within the U.S.
Strong learning ability and willingness to take on new challenges.
A degree in Marketing, Business, or other related field of study.
