We are currently seeking aFreelance Lifecycle Marketing Leadwith expertise in B2B marketing, customer acquisition, and the financial services industry-particularly broker-dealers and financial advisors.This is a5-month freelancerole based inNew York, NY, with ahybrid schedule of three days per week on-site.

About You:
A strategic and data-driven marketing professional with expertise inB2B marketing, customer acquisition, and audience engagement.
Possess a deep understanding of financial services, particularly withinbroker-dealer and financial advisory sectors.
Experienced in leading marketing strategies that align with business objectives, driving bothbrand awarenessand conversion.
Adept at managing multi-channel marketing initiatives, includingemail campaigns, paid media, and content marketing.
Skilled in analyzing marketing performance data and leveraging insights to refine strategies for better engagement and ROI.
Comfortable leading meetings, collaborating withcross-functional teams, and presenting marketing strategies to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to attract and engage target audiences.
Collaborate withcross-functional teamsincluding product, sales, and marketing research to identify audience insights and shape marketing initiatives.
Translate business objectives into actionable marketing briefs and go-to-market strategies.
Work with thepaid media teamto drive awareness and deploy effective product-related campaigns.
Manage and optimize marketing assets, ensuring content is aligned with business goals and audience needs.
Evaluate and track campaign performance, usingdata analyticsto optimize strategies in real time.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts align with business priorities.
Stay up to date withmarketing technologies and digital channels, leveraging them to enhance campaign performance.
Requirments:
Bachelor’s degree inmarketing, business, or a related fieldis highly preferred.
7+ years of marketing experience, with a strong background inB2B marketing and customer acquisition.
Extensive knowledge of financial services, particularlybroker-dealers, financial advisors, and wealth management.
Proven ability todevelop and manage multi-channel marketing campaignsfrom concept to execution.
Stronganalytical skills, with proficiency inExceland familiarity withTableau(hands-onuse not required).
Experience working in anagile environment, adapting strategies to maximize audience engagement.
Exceptionalcommunication skills, with the ability toinfluence stakeholders and present marketing insightseffectively.
