Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement marketing strategies across multiple locations.
Improve marketing coordination between related entities in the same city/building.
Manage the marketing budget and track ROI.
Enhance patient experience through marketing initiatives.
Brand Management & Patient Experience
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Monitor online reputation and implement patient feedback improvements.
Practice Liaison & Referral Development
Act as the bridge between the practice and referral sources, vendors, and community partners.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key referral sources.
Schedule provider visits with referring offices and organize networking events.
Create and distribute referral materials (brochures, patient education content).
Track and analyze referral data to measure effectiveness.
Marketing Activities
Develop internal marketing materials such as phone scripts and treatment brochures.
Manage targeted mailer campaigns and Google review strategy.
Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as new patient leads, conversion rates, referral growth, website traffic, and social media engagement.
Provide regular reports on marketing effectiveness and ROI.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience in marketing, business development, or healthcare marketing preferred.
Strong relationship-building skills and ability to engage with referral sources.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, SEO, and social media management.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and analyze key performance metrics.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
