Front desk/Marketing position available for a specific and unique person. This upbeat and positive environment requires someone who can demonstrate masterful multitasking abilities during a variety of day-to-day, face-to-face customer encounters. The right candidate for this position is FUN, VERY OUTGOING, positive, over-the-top people person, wonderful on the phone, VERY detailed-oriented and goal-oriented. A person who has never met a stranger and loves meeting new people would be a good candidate.

In addition to a Marketing position, this is an Office Manager/Front desk position that requires you to be the first and last person a patient sees on their daily visit. Many times you will actually spend more face-to-face time with the patient than the doctor! You must be comfortable being a patient advocate and patient educator!

We require a person who is self-motivated and holds themselves accountable. Someone who is good with numbers and never misses a detail.
The requirements for the position include but are not limited to:
-Greet Patients, Customer Service
-Answer Phones, Schedule Patients
-Collecting and Asking for Money
-Must have GREAT COMPUTER and PHONE skills
-Carry out outside marketing events
-Be Organized and task oriented and VERY detailed oriented
-MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
HOURS:
Monday & Wednesday 6:30 – 10:30 am and 2-6 pm
Tuesday & Thursday 2 – 6 pm
Friday 6:30 – 10:30 am
Saturday: Occasionally for community events and screenings.
