Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Membership Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing member relationships, ensuring a seamless experience for all members. This position requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals. The Membership Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining membership records, coordinating events, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Manage membership applications and renewals, ensuring accurate data entry and record-keeping.
Provide excellent phone etiquette while responding to member inquiries and concerns.
Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking related to memberships.
Coordinate events and activities that enhance member engagement and satisfaction.
Maintain organized office management practices to ensure smooth daily operations.
Assist with clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Utilize Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and communication.
Monitor membership metrics and prepare reports as needed.
Experience
Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role is preferred.
Familiarity with QuickBooks and Google Suite is highly desirable.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience in graphic art and writing newsletter, updating website
Demonstrated computer literacy with proficiency in data entry and clerical duties.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Looking for a honest person who can play a supportive role.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
