Job DescriptionThis Marketing role at Stadium provides a unique opportunity as we look to create a new and improved marketing strategy from the ground up.
We are seeking a dynamic Full Stack Marketing Specialist with a robust background in B2B marketing. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience across all marketing touchpoints, with a deep understanding of how to integrate these efforts into a cohesive strategy that drives results. This role requires an analytical mindset and a passion for leveraging data to enhance marketing initiatives.
What You’ll Do With Us
Work closely with the CEO and other marketing teams to implement a comprehensive strategy that aligns with business goals
Analyze trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance to inform decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness and generate leads
Utilize data analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, presenting insights and recommendations for improvement
Foster relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for marketing efforts
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously refine and optimize marketing strategies
Ability to monitor ROI on PPC campaigns
Requirements
What You Bring To Stadium
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a B2B marketing role with a focus on strategy and analytics
Exceptional analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing approaches
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
A vision to synthesize various marketing elements into a unified strategy
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Hubspot a big plus

Fully remote working environment
The estimated salary range in the US for this role is between $50,000 – $120,000. Final compensation is based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation for candidates residing outside the U.S. (if applicable) will be adjusted based on the cost of living and comparable wages in that country.
