We’re seeking a talented Creative & Marketing Coordinator (female preferred for brand alignment) who is ready to bring fresh energy to our growing brand — someone with a creative eye, strong marketing skills, and professional phone manners.
What You’ll Do:
Assist with branding, product development, and packaging concepts
Handle day-to-day marketing tasks and social media coordination
Speak with clients and partners with clarity and professionalism
Stay organized, meet deadlines, and manage project details
Represent the brand at industry trade shows and events (must be comfortable attending and helping at shows)
What We’re Looking For:
A true professional with a creative flair and sharp eye for aesthetics
Excellent communication and phone etiquette
Strong skills in organization, marketing, and follow-through
Experience in beauty, fashion, fragrance, or lifestyle industries is a plus
Ability to be in the office full-time in Brooklyn, NY
Available to travel locally or out of state for trade shows
