Full-Time Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:

Engage with customers, providing personalized insights and answering questions about the services offered by our telecommunication clients

Enhance brand awareness by delivering accurate, detailed information on our clients’ offerings, ensuring customers fully understand the services available to them

Organize and schedule consultations or follow-up appointments with our sales team, demonstrating strong organizational and time-management skills

Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and seamless appointment scheduling, ensuring customer satisfaction and sales team efficiency

Participate in regular training sessions to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and marketing strategies, enabling you to provide the best customer experience

Foster positive customer relationships, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of the telecommunications services and providing exceptional service throughout the process

Ideal Full-Time Marketing Assistant Candidate:
