Key Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Digital Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Oversee and execute digital marketing tasks, including blogging, social media, email campaigns, WordPress edits, and SEO optimization.
Coordinate and delegate tasks to Digital Account Manager Resource Assistants, ensuring successful completion.
Analyze client analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Conduct quarterly strategy calls with internal teams and clients to review results and plan next steps.
Manage SEO updates, email campaigns, lead generation, and directory listings to maximize client performance.
Deliver monthly performance reports with insights and video reviews to highlight key metrics.
Handle location changes, client upgrades/downgrades, and onboarding tasks, including email branding and listing builder profile optimization.
Ensure accurate client information in systems like Monday.com, Infusionsoft/Keap, and Vendasta.
Collaborate with the development team on detailed website edits and post-live procedures.
Assist the customer success team with special projects and behind-the-scenes support.

Education and Experience:

1-3 years of account management experience.
Prior customer service experience is encouraged.
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Google Analytics certifications are preferred but not required.
Agency experience is highly preferred.
Experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, and WordPress is an advantage.

Physical Requirements:

Extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Availability for in-person meetings as required.

Pay: $54,500.00 – $65,000.00 per year
