General Manager

Duties:

– Oversee the day-to-day operations
– Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial goals and maximize profitability.
– Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving any guest issues or complaints.
– Manage and train staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
– Coordinate with owners to ensure smooth operations and efficient communication.
– Monitor and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
– Maintain compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations.
– Collaborate with ownership to develop marketing strategies and attract new business.

Experience:

– Previous experience as a Manager of a restaurant is preferred.
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proven track record of achieving financial targets and driving revenue growth.
– Knowledge of catering, food and alcohol costs.
– Familiarity with software systems.
