Event Manager & Marketing Coordinator
Schulz Bräu Brewing is seeking a creative and highly organized Event Manager & Marketing Coordinator to help us execute unforgettable events and elevate our brand presence. In this role, you’ll collaborate with our Graphic Designer and Marketing Coordinator, taking the lead on event planning and implementation while supporting strategic marketing efforts to drive engagement and growth.
Responsibilities
Event Planning & Execution
Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including private bookings, live music nights, and seasonal celebrations like Oktoberfest.
Identify customer needs and expectations to deliver personalized, memorable experiences.
Manage event logistics: coordinate with vendors, secure permits, and oversee setup and breakdown.
Serve as Manager on Duty during events, acting as the main point of contact for clients and vendors.
Marketing & Promotion
Work alongside the Graphic Designer and Marketing Coordinator to develop and execute event strategies.
Create promotional materials and implement marketing campaigns across social media and other platforms to boost event attendance and engagement.
Develop and manage a content calendar for events, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Utilize email marketing, social media, and digital tools to promote events and build audience engagement.
Track and analyze campaign performance, adjusting tactics as needed to optimize results.
Build and maintain relationships with local media, influencers, and community partners to expand event visibility.
Budgeting & Evaluation
Monitor event budgets and spending to ensure cost-effective execution while maintaining quality.
Gather participant feedback and evaluate event success to identify areas for improvement.
Create post-event reports summarizing outcomes, feedback, and recommendations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field — or equivalent relevant experience.
1–2 years of experience in event management and marketing.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently while upholding high standards of safety and quality.
Skilled at multitasking and staying efficient under pressure.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills — including comfort speaking in front of large groups.
Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns, with a solid grasp of digital marketing tools and techniques.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and community partners.
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and dependable with strong organizational skills.
