This role will focus on optimizing the marketing funnel, leveraging data-driven insights, and leading strategic initiatives to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
Identify new growth opportunities and channels to drive user acquisition and retention.
Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns on digital and CRM channels
Oversee the creation and management of marketing content and assets.
Data Analysis and Optimization:
Utilize data analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.
Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize marketing efforts and improve conversion rates.
Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights for targeted marketing strategies.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and Customer Experience to ensure alignment and support for growth initiatives.
Budget Management:
Manage the growth marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Track and report on budget performance, making adjustments as necessary
Performance Marketing:
Manage the performance marketing campaigns and budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Track and report on Performance campaigns, strategies.
