About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy and execution in the retail industry. This role requires a dynamic professional with over 10+ years of experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing large-scale marketing budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and execute product and brand campaigns, including new store launches.
✅ Own the annual marketing calendar, budgeting, and strategic planning.
✅ Lead all marketing channels—in-store activations, events, digital, social media, influencer collaborations, content, and BTL activities.
✅ Serve as the marketing representative in cross-functional teams, collaborating with store operations, merchandising, inventory, and IMD teams.
✅ Present marketing strategies and campaign performance reports to senior leadership.
✅ Conduct market research to gain deep consumer insights.
✅ Analyze campaign performance, optimize strategies, and enhance brand exposure.
Key Requirements:
✔ 10+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail.
✔ Proven team leadership experience, managing at least 2-3 team members.
✔ Hands-on experience handling large marketing budgets (₹40-100 Cr).
✔ Strong media knowledge and expertise in agency management (media, creative, events).
✔ Ability to drive brand positioning, customer engagement, and business growth through data-driven marketing strategies.
Education: Candidates from top business schools preferred.
Industry Preference: Retail, Consumer, E-commerce, or related fields.
