Job Summary
Heartfelt CFO and Tax Services is looking for a GHL/Automation and Marketing Specialist to design, implement, and optimize automation systems within GoHighLevel (GHL). This role is essential in driving efficiency, enhancing workflows, and improving customer journey experiences. You will work closely with the business owner to manage and optimize automation processes while supporting marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
– Automation & CRM Management
– Build, configure, and optimize workflows and automation processes within GHL.
– Manage CRM and automation systems to ensure seamless functionality.
– Automate repetitive tasks to enhance productivity and scalability.
– Integrate and manage Zapier automations to streamline workflows.
– Marketing & Email Campaigns
– Assist in email marketing strategies to improve lead conversion and retention.
– Edit and optimize email content within GHL to improve engagement.
– Update and analyze email campaign metrics to assess performance.
Strategy & Development
– Collaborate with the business owner to identify process improvement opportunities.
– Work cross-functionally to customize automation strategies aligned with business goals.
– Track and report key performance metrics related to automation initiatives.
Customer Journey Optimization
– Design customer journeys and funnels within GHL to improve client engagement and lead conversion.
– Ensure all automation processes support the client experience from start to finish.
System Maintenance & Troubleshooting
– Monitor the health of automation systems and resolve technical issues promptly.
– Ensure integrations and workflows function properly and adapt as needed.
Collaboration
– Work with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to identify automation needs.
– Act as a liaison between the business owner and other team members, ensuring smooth execution of automation strategies.
Qualifications
– Proven experience in GHL (GoHighLevel) and other CRM/automation platforms.
– Strong understanding of automation workflows, lead generation funnels, and CRM management.
– Experience with Zapier for workflow automation.
– Email marketing experience, including campaign setup and execution.
– Ability to edit and optimize email content within GHL.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking to optimize systems.
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a passion for efficiency and process improvement.
– Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the business owner.
