As a marketing rep, you will be tasked with making appointments with potential new patients in areas surrounding your assigned dental office. We explain to potential new patients the benefits and services offered at our dental offices to help them schedule their next dental appointment with us!
Paid training is provided. No previous experience is necessary. This is an entry-level job with room for growth. Pay is $20 an hour, 4-hour workdays Monday through Friday. You can obtain monthly bonuses from $500-$2,000 by reaching your goal. Bilingual is preferred but not a requirement.

Duties
– Schedule, confirm, and manage your patient appointments for dental services.
– Communicate effectively with patients regarding their appointments, including any necessary pre-visit instructions.
– Handle incoming calls and inquiries related to appointment scheduling and clinic services.
– Collaborate with staff to optimize scheduling based on clinic needs and patient availability.
– Provide bilingual support to patients when necessary to enhance communication.
Requirements
– Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to accommodate diverse patient populations.
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
– Attention to detail and accuracy in managing patient information and appointment schedules.
– Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a positive attitude.
