Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create engaging content tailored to the target audience, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and provide timely responses to enhance customer support.
Analyze social media performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms to ensure innovative approaches are utilized.
Assist in managing online communities by fostering relationships with followers and responding to comments in a professional manner.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a similar role or related field is preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly both verbally and in writing.
Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics software.
Ability to type efficiently while maintaining accuracy in content creation.
Experience in customer support or client services is a plus.
