DESCRIPTION

The Marketing & Content Coordinator will assist in creating best-in-class, fully integrated digital strategy, rooted in WHY focused philosophy. As a Marketing & Content Coordinator for FB Society, you will own creative content capture and strategic execution of social media and creative properties for Whiskey Cake and Mexican Sugar. The Marketing & Content Coordinator will support the Director of Marketing and Brand Manager in maintaining website, online presence, menus and print materials with occasional event support. This role requires the ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and initiatives while maintaining a positive attitude and energy.

Driver of Digital

Develop strategic brand-right content calendars and execute posting for Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok social media platforms
Research and identify brand-right influencer marketing partnerships for both brand accounts and local accounts, then manage as needed
Set specific objectives and pull monthly analytics reporting to inform content strategy
Act as point person for local social leads at each restaurant location and track performance to ensure expectations are met
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews for brand social accounts
Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout) to ensure all is on-brand and accurate
Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications and act quickly on timely trends
Collaborate with operators, creative services and printers as needed to develop effective and on-brand promotional collateral
Schedule email campaigns and analyze results to drive ongoing improvements in open rates, clicks and reservations
Ideate and execute digital campaigns as needed to drive brand awareness and engagement

Brand Ambassador

Engage with brand platform/campaign to ensure fresh, exciting messaging reflective of Brand Pillars and DNA
Assist with managing the marketing calendar and execution of tactical support for FB Society brands
Assist with traffic driving campaigns, leveraging promotions, events and integrated campaigns

Business Partner

Measure, analyze and optimize brand marketing campaigns and programs
Support brand manager and external agencies to create and produce impactful menus, in-restaurant POS materials and graphics for ad campaigns and events
Create, proofread, and edit copy for various brand marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice
Conduct both broader and local market research and analyze competitive trends
Manage external vendors for production and fulfillment of marketing materials

Local Marketing Maven

Successfully execute marketing tactics for new restaurant openings
Identify and activate local marketing opportunities, sponsorships, and grassroots marketing
Work with restaurant operations leadership to ideate and execute sales building promotions

Successful Marketing Coordinator

Outstanding copywriting skills using brand voice
Up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends
Demonstrates an exceptional sense of creativity

Self-starter who thrives is a fast-paced environment
Handles and prioritizes multiple projects
Previous experience in social media management
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or similar
Previous experience in the restaurant, food service or hospitality industries
