About the Role
The Global Partner Marketing Programs and Operations Manager will support the global partner marketing team by driving the full circle financial arm of the global partner marketing business including budgeting and reconcile, weekly roll ups and read outs, end to end PO and payment process, marketing development funds (MDF) platform (PERKs) management, AWS MDF, and by theater tracking budget and spend.
This person plays a critical role on the global and theater partner marketing teams and will be responsible for ensuring the budgets/spend, POs, and MDF are documented and up to date.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role working across business areas and regions to develop processes and experiences that drive business impact. The candidate will be a results-oriented person that gets things done. The role will require proven ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with partners, internal teams, external vendors, and demonstrate effective project management, budgeting and process management.
Responsibilities:
Support Partner Marketing Teams by region/theater tracking, reporting and planning budget allocation against available spend
Manage the budgeting planning and process by reconciling monthly/weekly, roll ups and read outs
End to end PO management – including submission, tracking, approval and payment processing
Marketing development funds (MDF) platform (PERKs) management
AWS MDF budget program management
Role will support EMEA and APJ regions
Skills:
Highly organized and detail-oriented self-starter with exceptional prioritization, organization, and time management skills
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and eloquent writing skills
Project management expertise and skills (especially around budgets and planning) preferred, but not required
High level of self-motivation and a strong work ethic
Must be motivated, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Thrives in rapid growth, fast paced environment and adapts well to change.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Master of multitasking, prioritization, and timelines with a proven track record of success.
Experience & Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required
Experience working with partners and MDF programs is a plus, but not required
Experience in a fast-growth high-tech / SaaS company a plus, but not required
