Job Position Description
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team at our office in Bedford, NH. The successful candidate will work closely with our VP of Business Development to manage all marketing and communications efforts. These include:
preparing responses to RFPs,
updating and maintaining our website,
managing all aspects of company branding,
developing social media posts and press releases,
designing ads,
taking in progress project photography and managing final photography,
preparing award submissions,
attending local tradeshows and networking events,
assisting with client relations activities, and
supporting business development actives and lead generation.
The ideal candidate will have some prior experience working at a general contracting or design firm, with a strong communication skills, and good foundational understanding of the industry.
We are looking for a well-organized, self-motivated individual, with a positive attitude, excellent soft skills, and willingness to learn and grow. Compensation will depend on experience and capabilities of the successful candidate.

Position Location and Other Details
Eckman Construction is located in the Bedford Heights Office Park in Bedford, NH. The position is full-time (40 hours per week min). Regular hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. Some after-hours work may be needed periodically. Limited hybrid remote work schedule may be considered after one year of employment.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
