Position Summary:
We’re looking for a mid-level paid ads professional in online ad buying to join our fast-growing digital marketing agency. This is an in-office position. There are no hybrid or remote options. The following platforms are used for our clients:
Google Ads (search, display, YouTube)
Google Local Service Ads
Microsoft Ads
Facebook/Instagram Ads
LinkedIn Ads
Besides knowing these platforms, you should also understand strategy, troubleshooting, A/B testing, audiences, intent, call-to-actions, and more.
You must have a strong understanding of marketing funnels and delivering content to audiences in a remarketing/retargeting fashion.
Responsibilities:
Create, manage, and optimize PPC and social ad campaigns on various platforms.
Help drive strategy, insights, feedback, and more to improve the results of the agency overall.
Assist the leadership team by providing feedback needed for training and standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation.
Requirements:
1+ years of marketing agency experience
3+ years of managing digital marketing campaigns in a professional role (preferred).
Ability to work on-site, Monday to Friday from 9AM to 5PM. (relocation assistance available)
Compensation & Benefits:
The pay range for this role is $55k to $70k per year.
