Job Overview:
As our Social Media & Content Manager, you will be responsible for creating and managing engaging content across multiple social media platforms. You will develop marketing strategies, monitor engagement, and collaborate with our team to showcase our practice’s services, patient success stories, and dental health tips.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
– Create, edit, and publish engaging content, including graphics, videos, reels, and blog posts related to dental care and practice updates.
– Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments and messages, and foster community interaction.
– Collaborate with the dental team to highlight patient testimonials, staff spotlights, and behind-the-scenes content.
– Manage and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies accordingly.
– Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices in the healthcare and dental industries.
– Work with designers, photographers, and other professionals to enhance visual branding.
– Assist with email marketing campaigns and website updates as needed.
Qualifications:
– (preferably in the healthcare/dental field).
– Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
– Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
– Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
– Experience with SEO, email marketing, and website management is a plus.
