Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver comprehensive digital transformation services and consultation for large-scale client projects.
Design and implement digital strategies that align with client organizational goals and drive digital innovation.
Collaborate with client senior leadership to define projects scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Manage the end-to-end delivery of digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business needs and successful outcomes.
Provide expert advice on the implementation of best practices, IT governance requirements, and methodologies.
Implement and manage IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL, and related standards), ensuring their customization to client-specific needs.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital transformation initiatives and adjust as needed to enhance client satisfaction.
Engage with client stakeholders to understand their needs, expectations, and feedback on digital transformation initiatives.
Build strong relationships with client teams to ensure a collaborative approach to digital transformation.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital transformation consulting, IT governance, or related fields.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or a related field.
Proven record of accomplishment of participating in complex DT or governmental projects and delivering successful outcomes.
Relevant certifications in digital transformation, governance (e.g., ITIL, COBIT, …).
Arabic Speaker.
