Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify grant opportunities across local, state, federal, and private funding sources.
Prepare and submit high-quality grant proposals to secure funding for both for-profit and non-profit projects.
Coordinate efforts across departments, companies, and initiatives to gather necessary data, financial information, and project details.
Develop and maintain a master calendar of grant deadlines and submission schedules for multiple stakeholders.
Monitor, track, and report on grant funding opportunities, application statuses, and outcomes.
Ensure compliance with grant guidelines, reporting requirements, and deadlines.
Prepare periodic updates to inform leadership and stakeholders about funding progress and opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of grant writing experience (required).
Demonstrated success managing multiple projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and online research tools.
Core Skills:
Exceptional written and oral communication abilities.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage complex projects with overlapping timelines.
