Position Description

The Marketing Representative is responsible for effective management of marketing and public relations to maximize patient referrals and positive community awareness of Willow Crest Hospital/Moccasin Bend Ranch.

Position Qualifications

The Marketing Representative will have a high school diploma: college degree preferred. Marketing experience is required; marketing experience in the field of healthcare is preferred.

The candidate must be able to identify possible referral sources to Willow Crest Hospital/Moccasin Bend Ranch and be self-motivated in visiting and developing relationships with said referral sources.

The candidate must also be proficient in documenting referral source visits and have a willingness to travel throughout the territory assigned. At times, overnight stays will be required, as well.

Additional Qualifications

The position will be required to cover territory in Oklahoma City, OK, as well as multiple counties throughout central Oklahoma (the territory will be assigned by the Director of Business Development).

Must possess a valid driver’s license, and computer skills necessary for documentation of marketing efforts.

Must adhere to the philosophy of the hospital and professional standards outlined in policies and procedures.

The Marketing Representative should be capable of working under limited supervision.

Salary

Based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
